Project Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Recent research has revealed that, in the wake of the COVID19 pandemic, the rate of young NEETs in the EU - young people who are not in employment, education or training - currently stands at an alarming 15.4%, indicating that 2.84 million young people (under 25) were unemployed in the EU in November 2021. The \"FUTURE<\/strong>\" project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, aims to address this issue and equip youth workers with green and digital skills, applied to (social) entrepreneurship, enabling them to increase young people's skills and sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, thus fostering their employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Create educational tools to promote the development of competencies according to Greencomp<\/strong> and Digcomp<\/strong>;
- Provide youth monitors with tools to work with youth in the development of green and digital business solutions;
- Develop green and digital competencies of both youth monitors and youth;
- Promote youth employment and entrepreneurship, empowering them with the skills required by the current labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expected results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To achieve its objectives, the project has established two main outcomes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Entrepreneurial coaching platform<\/strong>: An online educational resource accessible to youth and youth workers on the development of green and digital competencies applied to entrepreneurship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Green and Digital Business Plan Toolkit<\/strong>: A set of 12 training activities, each aimed at developing a specific area of green, digital and business skills needed in the creation of a sustainable business plan: how to: Create a green and digital business plan toolkit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    First TPM of the FUTURE project in Braga (Portugal)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Last July, ASEID attended the Kick off Meeting of the cooperation partnership project in the field of youth education \"Future - Entrepreneurship's FUTURE is green and digital\", led by EducPro. In the implementation of this project, ASEID works closely with the European Office of the City Council of Sueca, which was already present at this first event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Two representatives from each partner organization from Lithuania (Efektas Group), Greece (E-School Educational Group-Eu Projects), Romania (TEAM4Excellence) and Spain (ASEID Association for Employment, Inclusion and Development) participated and met in Portugal for the first Transnational Partner Meeting of this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During the meeting we discussed about green and digital competences for young workers and entrepreneurs, with the aim of strengthening their initiative, entrepreneurship and employability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Together we plan all the activities of the project, which will lead to the creation of educational and training activities. Our objectives are to develop green, digital and entrepreneurial skills, with a special focus on innovative solutions to create sustainable and environmentally friendly businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During the months of September and October, the first training modules that will shape the digital business coaching platform will be developed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    La segunda reuni\u00f3n transnacional (TPM) del proyecto FUTURE<\/a>, que tuvo lugar en Constanza<\/strong> (Ruman\u00eda) el 3 de abril de 2024, se celebr\u00f3 con \u00e9xito, con el socio anfitri\u00f3n Asociata TEAM 4 Excellence (T4E)<\/strong> y los participantes Asociaci\u00f3n para el Empleo, la Inclusi\u00f3n y el Desarrollo (ASEID)<\/strong>, EducPro (Portugal – coordinador)<\/strong>, E-School Educational Group (Grecia)<\/strong> y Efektas Group (Lituania)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Los socios evaluaron los avances del proyecto hasta la fecha y planificaron las pr\u00f3ximas tareas y actividades bas\u00e1ndose en la Solicitud de Proyecto y en la mejor manera de cumplir los objetivos del proyecto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    El ambiente de la reuni\u00f3n fue c\u00e1lido, cooperativo y profesional, lo que contribuy\u00f3 a estrechar las relaciones entre los socios y a su dedicaci\u00f3n a la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos del proyecto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
