Small-scale partnerships in Youth

Project Summary

The main objective of the project is to increase the professional capacity of each partner through cooperation with the EU, as well as the acquisition of new skills and informal methods to solve the problem of social exclusion. The project foresees 3 events with the theme of raising awareness of cultural differences and breaking down social barriers.

  • Gather young participants from various backgrounds and create a sense of community between them through joint activities,
  • Create and promote resources that young people can use to influence society and spread positive messages,
  • Better understanding of the challenges facing marginalized people and communities.

Project Implementation

In addition to the 3 main events planned called Breaking Cultural Barriers, the project will include the following activities; an educational program on the importance of social inclusion, socialization activities for the participants with the aim of exploring and exchanging cultures, numerous activities to spread messages and common values, creating websites and social networks that serve as a resource for young workers and marginalized groups. In addition, 4 awareness campaigns will be organized, which will ultimately reach a total of more than 4,000 people.

The young participants will have the opportunity to, anonymously, evaluate and present their views on the exchange program and the topics covered

Several groups will be organized for all the activities of the program and the socialization of the participants

Introduce participants to social media and other tools to meet their peers and promote positive messages

A valuable opportunity for young people to get to know each other, better understand other cultures and take the initiative in solving social challenges

BCB Project Objectives

  • Make young participants and observers aware of their personal importance in breaking down social barriers,
  • The importance of accepting cultural differences and establishing the principle of tolerance within entire communities,
  • Better understanding and overcoming socio-environmental challenges of marginalised individuals and groups.
